Payment Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before initiating any payment or engaging our services. All fees are denominated in USD.

Notes & Payment Conditions

  • Once the payment is initiated, kindly share the screenshot of the successful payment receipt along with the reference number.
  • In case of a transfer initiated in AED currency, conversion charges will be applicable.
  • For invoice purposes, the amount in USD will be considered and the same will be taken for our accounting purposes.
  • The initiated amount is non-refundable.
  • VIP services (medical & biometric) will be payable extra.
  • Ejari, government approval authority, if any, will be at an additional cost.
  • Inside country entry permit, change of status, and visa escalation costs will be applicable, which will be approximately between $410 USD to $680 USD.
  • Activity fee, if required, will be payable extra.
  • No Objection Certificate for Freezone from ELDB Solutions will be $2,040 USD. No Objection Certificate for Mainland from ELDB Solutions will be $2,040 USD.
  • Visit Visa cost will be borne by the customer.
  • Do not book the return tickets once you are in Dubai to complete the residency process until and unless you receive residency from the Immigration Authority.
  • Timeline for the process is only for indicative purposes.
  • If the customer fails to make full payment or fails to furnish required documents, ELDB Solutions will not be held responsible in such a scenario.
  • Once the Proforma Invoice is accepted by the customer, they are liable to make the full payment as per the agreed Proforma Invoice as well as these Terms & Conditions.
  • VAT applicable as per UAE laws.
  • Bank account assistance, custom code assistance, golden visa assistance, sponsor visa assistance, and employee visa assistance will be at an additional cost.
  • Website development and digital marketing services will be at an extra cost.
  • After obtaining the signature from the customer and ELDB Solutions, proof of payment has to be established with the proper receipts.

Refund Policy

Kindly be advised that any approved refund request shall be processed exclusively through the issuance of a Credit Note, and no cash or bank transfer refund will be made under any circumstances. The Credit Note value shall be calculated after deducting all applicable fees, government charges, administrative fees, and the value of any services already provided or processed. Any services that have been initiated, completed, or submitted to the relevant authorities are considered chargeable and shall not be refundable.
